How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, or choose express for delivery in 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does delivery cost?

UK standard delivery is £3.99 — and free on orders over £30. UK express delivery is £6.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. EU delivery takes 5–10 business days (from £9.99) and the rest of the world 7–14 business days (from £14.99). International customers are responsible for any import duties.

What's your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us at contact@freshbuysltd.co.uk and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How do I know which product is right for my dog?
