Thank you for shopping with Pets Bounce Back. Below you will find details about our shipping options, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT may be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authority. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you experience any issues, contact us at contact@freshbuysltd.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

Pets Bounce Back is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Pets Bounce Back cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@freshbuysltd.co.uk — we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
